The Project

The Charnwood company purchased Eastgate Park Prague in 2008 as a sale and lease-back transaction.
A comprehensive asset management program was implemented focused on enhancing the quality and the image of the facility. The park offers tenants the benefits of being located directly within the Prague city road network and also easy access to the important ring road and major highways.

New Flexi-Building to be delivered 2 QTR 2021

To capture the high demand from tenants requiring smaller storage and office spaces we are developing a 2,200 sq m “flexi” building to be constructed and delivered by June 2021.

The building will offer two flexible units each with about 700 sq m of storage/workshop space and 300 - 500 sq m of offices and social areas.

Both of the units were pre-leased prior to construction.
